Happy New Year everyone!
Out with the old and in with the new. I've decided to start a new blog, to post news and updates about my upcoming releases. No, I won't be reviewing books or commenting on events. This will be a simple blog. I have learnt not to bite off more than I can chew, and with two novels to be released this year, I certainly have my hands full!
So what am I writing now?
I'm currently working on two books: Bewitchments and Betrayals, the second instalment in The Taint series, and Terra, a dystopian novel, set in a post-climate change Australia, in an area now known as the Blue Mountains.
I'm also completing a second collection of fairy tales: More Fairy Tales for Freya, also to be released this year.
Do I have time to breathe? Not really, but it's a great excuse to avoid doing housework.

Bewitchments and Betrayals
(Book Two: The Taint )
The enchanted ship sped over the deep green waves, the white sails billowing with the combined breath of a hundred, airy elementals.
Winged horses, as vaporous as clouds, chased each other over the mainsails: bucking and snorting wildly. Fairies flew in agitated state. Wispy figures danced and copulated on the spars.
Lilith watched them with a wry smile. She slipped the sorcerer’s hand back in its pouch, studiously ignoring the singing that started up behind her—a slow, crude, sea ditty; the disembodied voice as cold as the desecrated grave.
She pulled her shawl tightly around her, and swatted at an errant elemental that threatened to tangle in her long, wind-swept hair. The singing grew louder and the verses lewder, as she made her way to her cabin…
